Ravens banner

Undoubtedly you have seen it on many photographs or even alive, at the festivals. We have come upon some (absolutely groundless) accusations that the ravens on our banner have a mean glance. We carry an impression that on the battlefield people tend to have more fun being on the banner's side, than facing it.

Raven shield

In 2005 we have introduced a new emblem for the shield, common for the whole group. Black ravens are laid out in a solar pattern; Background colors are white and red, as we wish to emphasize our nationality. On the shield, one can notice our battle cry written in runic alphabet. The original phrase in Old Norse translates to: Time of war!! Blood and death!

During years 2003 and 2004, when we remained in the Elag, we used a pattern of solar circle, sometimes called the Celtic cross, which is common for all Jomsvikings and groups in the Elag, Each party maintains personal colors and details. For us there was a red cross with our runic inscription.The background was blue.

Raven Pendant

Commonly known as Raven Plate. This is our amulet, a sign of warriors that stood in a battle and did not give ground. When a warrior earns it he gains the right to bear a brotherhood name, and his photograph is placed in"Us, warriors" section. The women that belong to the group do not have to work that much to earn the Raven Pendant, thus it is true that there are no equal rights.
